Michael K. has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. Michael began their career at AT&T in 1988 as an Account Executive. In 1993, they moved to Paradyne Networks Inc. as a Regional Manager, where they were responsible for $10 million in revenue and achieved 100% quota attainment. Michael was then promoted to Vice President of Sales, where they achieved $100 million in revenue responsibility and 100% quota attainment for five years running. In 2002, they moved to RAD Data Communications as Regional Sales Director, where they met and exceeded a $4 million quota in their territory. Michael then moved to Polycom in 2003 as a Territory Manager, where they achieved revenue attainment of $4.6 million for the calendar year and increased revenue by $1 million. In 2004, they moved to Raritan as a Territory Sales Manager, where they met or exceeded a $4 million quota each year and was recognized as one of the top 3 salespeople in the company annually. In 2009, they moved to ThinkOwl as a Senior Business Development Manager and then Vice President and General Manager. In this role, they provided business process improvement utilizing Artificial Intelligence software solutions that are designed to enable the business to provide a more efficient and cost effective solution for the company. In 2020, they became a Partner at Innovate To Win.

Michael K. completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from Benedictine University, followed by an MBA in Accounting/Finance and a BS in Business Administration from Regis University.
