Joycelyn Chen

Joycelyn Chen started their work experience in 2016 as a Strategic Planning Intern at Ogilvy & Mather. In the same year, they also participated in the Multicultural Advertising Internship Program (MAIP) as a Selected Fellow for the 4A's organization. In 2017, they worked as a Consumer Products Intern at Lionsgate and later joined DigitasLBi North America as an Analyst in Strategy and Analysis. In 2018, they worked as a Strategic Planner at Vertic. Since 2019, Joycelyn has been working at Thinx Inc., first as an Associate UX Researcher and currently holds the position of Senior Associate UX Researcher.

Joycelyn Chen attended Diamond Bar High School from 2009 to 2013. After completing high school, they enrolled at Tufts University where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from 2013 to 2017. In 2016, they also had a brief stint at The University of Hong Kong, although the specific degree and field of study are not mentioned. Additionally, in 2014, they attended HBX | Harvard Business School for a program, but the degree and field of study are not specified.
