Michelle Weiss

Michelle Weiss is the founder and HRIT consultant at WEISSolutions Consulting, where responsibilities include leading full-cycle HR software implementations for small to medium-sized businesses since June 2009. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Digital Transformation at Third Stage Consulting Group, Michelle provides software selection guidance for ERP digital transformations. Previous roles include Senior Enablement Consultant at Sage, where a Business Partner Implementation Consultant Certification Program was designed and launched, and HRIS Leader at the International Rescue Committee, contributing to a three-year HRIS strategic plan. Michelle's extensive experience also includes project management roles in various organizations, encompassing responsibilities such as overseeing HRIS systems, managing certifications, and enhancing employee development initiatives. Michelle holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, and multiple certificates related to Software Project Management and Human Resources Management from the University of California, Berkeley.
