Milen Filkov

Milen Filkov is an experienced operations and general manager with a strong background in hospitality and events management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Thomas Franks Ltd since July 2023, Milen oversees operational and P&L responsibilities for London contracts while managing client relationships and site team support. Previous roles include General Manager at Compass Group UK & Ireland, where P&L responsibilities were held for prestigious contracts, including a flagship service at an independent boarding school. Milen's career also includes positions at CH&Co Group, Compass Group UK & Ireland, MrSmithGroup, Aztec Solutions, and Sodexo, where hospitality and events management expertise was honed. Milen holds an LLB in Law from King's College London, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
