Brian Leader

Brian Leader, MS, MBA, FACHE has over 30 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Brian is currently the Vice President of Operations at Jefferson Health, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, Brian held various roles at Lehigh Valley Health Network, including Vice President of Operations and Service Lines, Vice President of Orthopedic Service Line & Specialty Surgery, Vice President of Perioperative Services & Orthopedic Service Line, and Administrator of Perioperative Services. Brian was responsible for daily operations, strategic planning, program development, and financial management in these positions. Before joining Lehigh Valley Health Network, Brian worked at WellSpan Health as an Administrative Director of Surgical Services and a Senior Management Engineer. Brian also gained experience as a Senior Management Engineer and Management Engineer at Lehigh Valley Health Network earlier in their career. Overall, Brian has a strong background in healthcare operations, strategic planning, and service line management.

Brian Leader holds an MBA from Lehigh University College of Business, with a specialization in Business Administration and Management. Brian also has an MS in Industrial Engineering, as well as a BS in both Industrial Engineering and Operations Research, all from Penn State University.
