Theresa Leinberger is an accomplished talent acquisition and human resources professional with extensive experience in interim management and team leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead Interim Management Talent Acquisition at YEPP since June 2023, Theresa actively participates in recruitment projects while guiding a team of interim managers. Previous roles include Senior People Business Partner and Interim People Processes Manager at Thoughtworks, along with positions at Beiersdorf, team.blue, Adina Apartment Hotels, and Productsup, where Theresa significantly grew and developed talent acquisition strategies, implemented data-driven recruiting functions, and focused on diversity and employer branding. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Human Resource Management and is currently pursuing a Systemic Personal & Business Coach degree.
