Ewan Whitmey

Ewan Whitmey has extensive experience in telecommunications, currently serving as a RAN Delivery Manager at Three since January 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing new streetworks for the 4G/5G Densification programme. Prior roles at Three included positions such as Transmission Capacity & Congestion Engineer and Lead Engineer in Transmission Operations, focusing on capacity management and technical leadership. Ewan's career began in 2001 at Colt as an SDH & Optical Engineer, followed by Optical Engineering at Cable & Wireless, project engineering at Ericsson, and support roles in both Huawei and Ericsson. Ewan possesses a strong background in transmission planning, delivery, and supplier management, with expertise in various technologies and equipment.
