Lenord Younadam

Lenord Younadam has extensive experience in various roles within the technology industry. Lenord is currently the Lead Solution Engineer at Threekit 3D & Augmented Reality, where they customize and delivers software demonstrations tailored to meet client requirements. Prior to that, Lenord worked as an Enterprise Solution Engineer at DocuSign, conducting thorough analysis of complex State and Local Government business problems and delivering compelling product demonstrations.

Lenord also has experience as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Box, where they spearheaded post-sales activities for premier enterprise customers and ensured successful implementation and usage of the product. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Solution Engineer at Salesforce, focusing on supporting Marketing Cloud solutions for the Public Sector.

Before joining Salesforce, Lenord held the position of Cloud Customer Success Manager at Oracle, where they drove high customer satisfaction and ensured successful outcomes for Public Sector customers. Lenord also worked at E. & J. Gallo Winery as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, managing complex requirements and projects related to eCommerce and marketing systems.

Lenord started their career at Oracle as a Client Success Specialist, establishing high-value relationships with Federal DoD clients and driving product expansion opportunities. Lenord also served as an Associate Sales Consultant and Associate Consultant at Oracle, contributing to sales content development and participating in various fusion training initiatives.

Prior to their technology career, Lenord worked as an Office Administrator at Alain Pinel Realtors and as a Computer Assistant at Naval Postgraduate School, providing customer support services and ensuring system availability and IT security.

Lenord Younadam earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Stanislaus, where they attended from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained various certifications. Lenord became a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in April 2019, a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist in June 2019, and a Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist in January 2020. Subsequently, Lenord obtained certifications from 2Win! as a Demo2Win! Certified professional in August 2021, and from the MEDDIC Academy for Introduction to MEDDIC and Advanced MEDDPICC® in February 2022.
