Jes Janzen is an experienced facilities and project manager currently serving as the Director of Facilities at Thrive Restaurant Group since July 2021, having previously held the position of Facilities Project Manager. Prior experience includes project management roles at SGH Concepts/Claco Supply and Builders Plus Construction, as well as HVAC Project Manager and Equipment Project Coordinator at BCS, Building Controls and Services, Inc., where responsibilities included coordinating large project equipment, monitoring costs, and overseeing quality assurance. Jes also developed skills in automotive repair and estimation during tenure at Gould Body Shop and Auto Masters LLC, managing customer service and repair processes. Jes holds an Associate’s Degree in Autobody/Collision and Repair Technology from Wyotech-Laramie, complemented by earlier education at Marion High School.
