Ty Patton

Ty Patton began their work experience at Gay, Riordan, Fincher, Munson & Sinclair, PA in 2012 as an Attorney. Ty worked there until 2015 when they joined McCurdy Real Estate & Auction as the General Counsel & Auctioneer. In 2021, Ty joined Thrive Restaurant Group as the Corporate Counsel & Director of Real Estate.

Ty Patton obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in History from Emporia State University in 2008. Ty then went on to earn a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Washburn University School of Law between 2009 and 2011. In addition to their formal education, Ty has also obtained several certifications, including Auction Marketing Management (AMM) from the National Auctioneers Association in April 2019, PRI (Professional Ringmen's Institute) in November 2017, Real Estate Salesperson from the Kansas Real Estate Commission in March 2017, and Auctioneer from the World Wide College of Auctioneering in June 2016.
