The Partnerships Team at Thrive Scholars cultivates and maintains strategic relationships with corporate and educational partners to provide high-achieving students of color from economically disadvantaged communities with access to top-tier college opportunities and meaningful career pathways. They manage corporate accounts, identify new partnership opportunities, and ensure successful placement of students in internships and job roles.
