John Theile

John Theile has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. John started their career in 2000 as a Sr. Education Specialist at Incentive Systems. From there, they worked as a Business Consultant at Amadeus from 2001 to 2004. John then transitioned to the role of Project Manager at Amadeus from 2004 to 2015. Following that, they joined Liberty Mutual Insurance as an Agile Project Manager from 2015 to 2018. After that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Blue Mantis from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Project Delivery Lead at Thrive, where they effectively utilize their skills and expertise to drive business outcomes through application enablement and optimization.

John Theile earned a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of New Hampshire. Additionally, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in July 2019 and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2014.
