Kris Jacobs

Kris Jacobs has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. They began their career at AT&T in 2007, where they held various roles including Senior Business Manager, Associate Director in Contact Center Management, and Senior Process Manager. After working at AT&T for thirteen years, Kris moved on to EarthLink Internet in 2020, where they served as a Senior Strategy Manager for a year and a half. Following their time at EarthLink Internet, Kris joined Grubhub in 2021 as a Senior Manager in Driver Care, a position they held until May 2022. In 2022, Kris joined Roofstock as a Senior Customer Experience Manager and worked there until March 2023. Currently, Kris is employed at Throne Labs as an Operations Monitoring Specialist and also holds a position at American Specialty Health as an Associate Director in Consumer Direct.

Kris Jacobs completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management from the same institution, also completed in 2020. Additionally, Kris completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Governors University in 2019. In September 2022, Kris obtained a certification as a Crisis Intervention Counselor - Certified Specialist from the American Institute of Healthcare Professionals.
