Susan McKinney

Susan McKinney has a diverse work experience. Susan started their career in 1994 as a Consultant at Arthur D. Little, where they worked until 2003. Susan then joined General Technical Services as a Program Management Consultant from 2003 to 2005. After that, they worked as a Consultant at FFF ltd from 2003 until 2012, specializing in functional apparel and equipment design for military and commercial markets. In 2012, they joined TIAX as a Director, where they served as the Configuration Manager, Quality Lead, and Lead Designer for the USAF's Integrated Aircrew Ensemble. Susan was responsible for system design, configuration management, physical integration, fit/sizing, quality and production management. Their most recent position was as a Design Lead at JRAD from November 2015 to August 2016.

Susan McKinney obtained their Level 3 Certification in Acquisition Program Management from Naval Postgraduate School in 2004-2005. In 1992-1994, they pursued a Master's degree in Functional Apparel Design at Cornell University. Prior to that, from 1989 to 1992, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design and Patternmaking from Mount Mary University.
