What does the job looks like?

The Group Reconciliation Officer will have the opportunity to:

  • Prepare daily reconciliations of internal and external accounts using our reconciliation system.

  • Verify balances across back-office processing systems, various banks, and payment methods,

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during data reconciliation processes.

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or irregularities.

  • Assist in month-end closing procedures, including reconciliations and reporting.

  • Collaborate with various departments within the company to address reconciliation-related issues.

  • Provide support to the Reconciliation Team by handling ad hoc requests.

  • Follow established corporate standards and procedures in all reconciliation clerical activities.

What will you need to be able to do the job?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting or equivalent.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in reconciliation, financial operations or equivalent
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented and proactive
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel.
