Michael Flores has worked in the gaming industry since 2006. Michael began their career as a Contingent Tester at Sony Computer Entertainment America First Party Quality Assurance in 2006. In 2007, they moved to WayForward Technologies as a Level Designer and Quality Assurance Tester. In 2009, they were promoted to Quality Assurance Lead at WayForward Technologies, where they developed and trained new testers in the company's bug writing format, created documentation for bug bases, and red lined bugs for errors, clarity, and validity. That same year, they also worked as a QA Analyst at Neversoft Entertainment, where they tested Guitar Hero Metallica for PS2, Wii, and Xbox 360, as well as online play, standards and gameplay. In 2015, they joined Tic Toc Games as Lead Game Designer and Lead Level Designer / Level Designer / Cinematic Designer.

Michael Flores attended DeVry University from 2001 to 2004, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Electronics and Computer Technology. Michael also attended Antelope Valley College from 2001 to 2002, where they earned a Computer Graphics Certificate in Graphic Design.
