Ravi Maithani

Ravi Maithani has a lengthy and diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ravi started their career as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group in 2003. From there, they worked as a Manager of HR at e-charge Technologies Pvt Ltd in 2004 and then became a Regional Human Resource Manager at Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting from 2005 to 2006. Ravi then joined Satyam Computer Services Limited as a Consultant in HR and Change Management from 2006 to 2007.

In 2007, Ravi became the HR Manager Corporate at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, where they led the corporate HR function for the group. Ravi then moved to Wipro Consulting as a Consulting Manager in HR and Organizational Change Management, where they established and led the HR and change management consulting practice for India and the Middle East. During this time, they successfully delivered various complex change management programs across different industries.

In 2012, Ravi joined KPMG Advisory as an Associate Director in M&A Advisory. Here, they worked on setting up HR due diligence services and delivered assignments related to HR due diligence, integration, separation, carve-outs, and HR strategy for various clients.

After a year with KPMG, Ravi joined Entain (formerly GVC Holdings PLC) in 2013. Ravi initially served as a Principal HR Consultant, and then became the Regional Head of HR and Global Technology HRBP for the company. In this role, they were responsible for the HR function for India, Austria/Slovakia, and Ukraine, partnering with leadership in technology, product, and marketing divisions.

In 2018, Ravi joined The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group again, this time as the Group HR Advisor. Here, they provided advice to the management team on HR matters and led the transformation of the HR function into a growth stimulator and an integrated business function.

Most recently, Ravi has been working at Tide, a leading provider of UK SME business current accounts and a fast-growing FinTech in the UK. Ravi has held several roles at Tide, including Director of India and Head of People & Culture, Head of Technology Operations and Director of Technology Operations. In these roles, they have been responsible for setting up Tide's presence in India, establishing the Global Technology and Services Center in Hyderabad.

Overall, Ravi Maithani has had a successful career in human resources and has gained extensive experience in various industries including hospitality, consulting, and technology.

Ravi Maithani attended St. Joseph's Academy from 1984 to 1996, where they pursued an ISCE degree with a focus on science. Following this, they enrolled at Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University from 1996 to 1999, completing a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry. Later, from 1999 to 2001, Ravi pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management at Savitribai Phule Pune University.
