Berit Olette Nore has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Berit Olette started their career in 2002 as an IT Consultant at Oslo University Hospital, where they quickly took on additional responsibilities including managing the Help Desk. Berit Olette then worked at Ementor ASA as a Service Level Manager before taking a sabbatical to travel the world. Following that, they joined ErgoGroup and held roles as an Implementation Leader, Service Level Manager, and Manager of Local Services.

In 2010, Nore joined EVRY and served as the Head of Department for Customer service RO, where they managed a team responsible for first, second, and third line support, as well as production management. Berit Olette also worked as the Head of Department for Customer service EAST, where they oversaw department development and managed a team across several locations. Later, they became the Head of Department for BPO, leading a team in Latvia and Asia.

Nore then became the Head of Business Unit at EVRY, where they were responsible for the development and management of the Business Unit Production Management.

In 2020, Nore transitioned to Tietoevry, where they initially worked as the Customer Operation Norway E2E Lead, responsible for improvements for Norwegian customers in Cloud and Infrastructure. Berit Olette then served as a Business Transformation Lead, supporting process transformation initiatives throughout the organization. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Delivery Public & Posten, where they are responsible for customer deliveries in the Public & Posten sector, ensuring quality processes and driving add-on sales.

Berit Olette Nore attended BI Norwegian Business School from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Management. In 2001, they studied Network & System Administration at Noroff, and in 2000 they pursued an IT Candidate (MOUS) program at Noroff as well. Additionally, Berit obtained a certification in ITIL Foundation from Glasspaper in 2011.
