Dattaguru Hegde

Dattaguru Hegde has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Dattaguru began their career as a Production Engineer at Divgi Industries in 1992 and later worked as a Project Assistant in the Aerospace department at the Indian Institute of Science in 1993. In 1994, they joined Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Group Project Manager, where they delivered multiple complex consulting and development projects. Dattaguru stayed with Infosys until 2006, gaining expertise in various technologies such as J2EE, .NET, Oracle, and SAP. From 2006 to 2007, Hegde served as a Senior Manager and Delivery Unit Head at Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd in Bangalore. Dattaguru then joined MindTree Ltd. in 2007 as a General Manager and Global Delivery Head for the Retail and Services Unit, overseeing engagements in multiple verticals. In 2011, Hegde joined Mphasis as a Vice President and later became the Global Delivery Head for the Insurance Business Unit. In 2019, they moved to Tietoevry, where they currently hold the position of EVP and Head of Insurance, Healthcare, Retail, Energy & Manufacturing delivery.

Dattaguru Hegde completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mysore from 1988 to 1992.
