Hana Raja

Hana Raja is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategy and operations across multiple industries. Currently, Hana serves as the Managing Director at Cisco Systems Malaysia and the Strategy and Operations Head for ASEAN, having joined Cisco in May 2019. Alongside this role, Hana is a Thinkfluencer at Tigerhall, contributing insights and knowledge through a podcast on social learning platforms. Prior to these positions, Hana was a Principal at Bain & Company from August 2014 to April 2019, where significant transformations and strategies were developed for clients in diverse sectors, including automotive and retail. Earlier career experience includes a Senior Consultant role at Schlumberger from October 2009 to May 2014, focusing on strategy and operational excellence for oil and gas clients across Southeast Asia and other regions.
