James Louderman

James Louderman has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. James is currently working as an Environment and Community Impact Manager at the Tillamook County Creamery Association since June 2021. In this role, they are leading cross-functional teams to reduce environmental impact across TCCA facilities, managing sustainability reporting for various certifications and reports, and implementing automated utility monitoring systems.

Prior to their current role, James worked at Nike as a Project Manager for Sustainable Product from December 2020 to May 2021. James was responsible for managing sustainable product projects. James also worked as a Senior Sustainability Manager at Nike from November 2018 to June 2020. In this role, they managed global sustainability projects and developed a groundbreaking water restoration program to mitigate supply chain risks.

Before Nike, James worked at Pacific Foods from 2013 to 2018. James held the position of Sustainability Manager, where they managed the company's sustainability program and delivered efficiencies and savings through capital improvement projects. James also worked as a Sustainability Project Manager during the absence of departmental leadership, leading efforts towards the company's sustainability goals and driving waste/wastewater savings.

Additionally, James has experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Portland State University, where they assisted with teaching and focused on developing effective analytic reading and writing techniques. James also worked as a Farmhand at Trout Creek Orchards in 2012.

James Louderman earned a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in History from Northern Illinois University from 2006 to 2008. James then attended the University of Wyoming College of Business from 2004 to 2006, where they studied Finance, General. James later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Environmental History from Portland State University, completing their studies from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, James obtained certifications in Project Management from Portland State University in 2016, Recycling 101 from Oregon State University in July 2015, and Lean/Six Sigma from Summit Core Strategies (Pacific Foods) in 2015.
