Ismael Talaverano

Ismael Talaverano has an extensive career in risk management and finance. Ismael is currently working at Tilta as the Lead Risk Manager. Prior to this, they worked at fulfin - financing ecommerce as a Senior Risk Manager, where they developed automated credit risk decision models and assessed risk for e-commerce sellers. Ismael also worked at solarisBank AG as a Senior Underwriter Credit Analyst, assessing the credit risk of SMEs within the German market. Ismael has experience at Deutsche Bank as a Credit Officer, where they prepared credit ratings and monitored portfolio performance. Ismael also worked at Funding Circle Deutschland GmbH as a Senior Underwriter, analyzing and rating SMEs for credit decisions. Before that, they worked at Redpiso Grupo Inmobiliario y Financiero as a Financial Advisor, providing financial advice and negotiating with banks. Ismael started their career as a Credit Analyst at Coface and later as a Senior Financial Advisor SME at Banco Santander, where they assessed risk and provided financial advice. Ismael also worked as a Financial Advisor at Banco Popular and as a Banking Manager at Banco Santander (Geoban), focusing on financial product support and administrative tasks.

Ismael Talaverano completed an intensive bootcamp in Data Science at SPICED Academy in 2020. In the same year, they also took an expert course in Big Data and Data Science at the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus in General Studies from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid between 1999 and 2003.
