Kelly Robshaw has held a variety of positions in the past two decades. In 1996, they began as a Sales Associate at Blades Board & Skate and eventually became the Regional Manager, E-commerce Assistant Director, and Director. In 1999, they moved to Burton Snowboards as the Regional Brand Manager and Sales Associate. In 2002, they were an Account Rep for Origin Design & Communications. From 2008-2013, they were the Marketing & Events Chair for the Harold Hunter Foundation, where they produced sponsored events, attended board meetings, and managed PR agency relationships. From 2013-2018, they were a Care Administrator for Remede Naturopathics, where they managed scheduling, patient supplement ordering and shipments, patient files, and general front desk duties. Kelly also developed and conducted clinician interviews contributing to blog and podcasts. From 2018-2020, they were a Leader at Tinkergarten, where they led families with children 0-8 years old in outdoor, sensory-rich, child-led classes. Kelly also learned, prepared for, and delivered a lesson provided by Tinkergarten, and delivered 10-12 week classes and one-week camps both in person and virtually to groups of up to fifteen. Finally, in 2020, they became a Speaker Ready Manager and Operator for TWST Events, where they prepared virtual conference speakers and moderators for their Zoom presentations, including technical support and production guidance. Kelly also communicated with staff primarily via Slack channel as well as with corporate leaders from around the world and gathered, documented, and distributed data contributing to the flow of live event production.

Kelly Robshaw obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin in 1994. Prior to that, they attended Anderson High School from 1986 to 1990.
