Boaz Sharoni

Team Lead, Customer Success at Tipalti

Boaz Sharoni has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Boaz started their career in 2002 as a Military Officer and Captain in the IDF - Israel Defence Forces, where they served until 2006. Boaz then worked as a Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager at Zoco Management Group from February 2007 to September 2008. In 2008, they briefly worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Job Source.

From 2009 to 2012, Boaz worked at Micron Technology as a Command Center Shift Leader. Boaz then joined The University of British Columbia as a Teaching Assistant in September 2012, where they worked until November 2014.

In 2015, Boaz joined the Government of Canada as a Benefits Officer, a role they held until July 2017. Boaz then joined eBay as a Customer Success Manager in 2018 and worked there until May 2021.

Most recently, Boaz has been working at Tipalti since May 2021. Boaz started as a Customer Success Manager, then became a Senior Customer Success Manager from February 2022 to February 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Team Lead, Customer Success at Tipalti.

Throughout their career, Boaz has gained experience in customer success, sales and management roles, as well as teaching and military leadership.

Boaz Sharoni obtained their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Boaz then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Political Science at The University of British Columbia.
