Don Siler has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Don is currently the Director of Projects and Operations at Tipalti since September 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief of Staff to the CIO at Zymergen from October 2020 to September 2021. From November 2016 to September 2020, they held the position of Practice and Program Director at Bridge Light. Before that, they worked at Cisco for many years, starting as a Senior Program Manager in Enterprise Risk Management from March 2004 to August 2008, and later transitioning to the role of Senior Manager of Strategy & Planning in Customer Advocacy from September 2008 to September 2016.

Don Siler holds several degrees and certifications in various fields. Don obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Strategic Planning from San Jose State University. Additionally, they earned a Master of Science (MS) in Information Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Don also holds a Graduate Certification in Data Science from North Carolina State University and a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Decision and Risk Management from Stanford University. Don pursued Graduate Study in The History of Knowledge at the University of Oxford.
