Talal Qazi

Talal Qazi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Talal began their career in 2016 as a Project Estimator at Kiewit, where they estimated work costs and schedules for energy industry development projects. Talal also supported the creation and delivery of project proposals. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Field Engineer at Kiewit, where they led and consulted on energy industry development projects, managing project schedules, finances, and supervising craft workers.

In 2017, Talal joined Quorum Software as an Information Technology Management Consultant, supporting the Agile integration and deployment of SaaS platforms at client organizations. Talal helped reengineer client business processes, configured system modules and data structures, and optimized royalty payments.

Talal then moved to Parsley Energy in 2018 as a Business System Administrator, responsible for managing system integration and data migration projects while supervising cross-functional teams. During their tenure, they implemented strategies that increased asset productivity and saved costs.
