Technical Support Engineer - Tier 3 at Tipalti

Nadav Attar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Nadav started their career at SES Satellites as a NOC Operator, where they monitored and ensured the smooth functioning of telecommunications and broadcasting systems. Nadav also provided customer support and resolved technical issues. Nadav then served as a NOC Shift Manager, responsible for managing the daily operations of the network operations center. Later, they became the SMC Team Leader, overseeing team performance, managing events during shifts, and reporting to leadership.

After working at SES Satellites, Nadav joined Evrideo as a Pre-Sales Manager, where they demonstrated a deep understanding of the company's products and provided technical support to the sales team. Nadav conducted demo meetings with prospects, crafted sales pitches, and responded to RFP/RFI queries. Nadav then transitioned to the role of Technical Account Manager, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.

Currently, Nadav is a Technical Support Engineer - Tier 3 at Tipalti. Nadav takes ownership of technical escalations, provides technical support for integrations and migration projects, and resolves complex technical issues. Their responsibilities also include investigating and resolving technical issues related to ERP systems and their integrations with other systems.

Nadav Attar obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from SCE - Shamoon College of Engineering. Nadav studied at SCE from 2012 to 2017. In 2023 and 2024, they pursued a field of study in DevOps at the Hidaida Lelumodi Hutz. Additionally, in August 2021, Nadav Attar obtained a certification in Inbound Sales from HubSpot Academy.
