Niv Argov

Niv Argov has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles.

Starting in 2008, Niv completed a one-year volunteer service at the Hebrew Scouts Movement in Israel, specifically at an intervention institution for girls at risk called "Tzofia."

In 2009, Niv joined the IDF - Israel Defence Forces as a Welfare Officer, where they were responsible for the welfare of approximately 800 officers and soldiers. Niv also managed and trained a team of 10 soldiers during their time as an officer. Niv's military service ended in 2012.

In 2014, Niv took on the role of Project Leader for the "The Justice with You" program at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Niv established, managed, and lectured to a group of 20 low-socioeconomic status women as part of the program.

Moving into the corporate sector, Niv joined BUYME Technologies in 2016 as a Customer Success Manager. BUYME is a B2B digital Gift-cards and Mobile payments solution company based in Israel. Niv's responsibilities included helping companies manage their employee incentives and customer retention, as well as overseeing the largest local e-commerce marketplace in Israel. Niv remained in this role until 2018.

Following their time at BUYME Technologies, Niv transitioned to Simplex in 2018. Simplex is a B2B EU-licensed fintech company that provides fraud-free payment processing services globally. Niv served as a Customer Success Manager and played a key role in ensuring fraud protection and chargeback coverage for merchants, marketplaces, and crypto platforms. Niv'stenure at Simplex lasted until 2019.

In 2020, Niv joined Approve.com, a B2B modern enterprise procurement SaaS company, as an Operations Manager. Approve.com is a subsidiary of Tipalti, where Niv would later be employed.

Currently, Niv holds the position of Global Team Lead, Customer Adoption (Success) at Tipalti, starting in December 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Customer Adoption (Success) Manager from April 2021 until November 2022.

Niv Argov pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Psychology at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2013 to 2016.
