Satya Wani Cisilia is an accomplished Global Talent Partner at tlnt since March 2023, specializing in connecting top talent with venture-backed companies. Satya also held the position of Senior Tech Recruiter at AirAsia, where responsibilities included recruitment process management and talent mapping between May 2021 and March 2022. Additionally, Satya was the Tech Recruiting Lead and later the Tech Recruiter Specialist at Gojek, where efforts included scaling data analytics and tech teams across Southeast Asia and India from January 2018 to May 2021. Earlier experience includes working as an Executive Recruitment Consultant in the Technology Division at Monroe Consulting Group, alongside a brief internship at Garuda Indonesia.
