Luís Faria da Fonseca

Luís Faria da Fonseca has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Luís started their career at aicep Portugal Global as part of an international internship program, where they worked as a production planner and supervisor. In 2011, they joined RESUL, Equipamentos de Energia, SA, where they held multiple positions including sales engineering in the export department, business development in Southern Africa, and plant manager. During their time at RESUL, Luís was responsible for managing international projects, developing new business opportunities, and overseeing production operations. In 2017, they joined TLScontact as a project manager and later became the head of project management. Overall, Luís has demonstrated their ability to handle diverse responsibilities and contribute to the success of the companies they have worked for.

Luís Faria da Fonseca earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Industrial Management and Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico in 2008. Luís then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial and Management Engineering from the same institution, completing it in 2010. In 2009, they also studied Engineering/Industrial Management at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. Prior to their university education, Luís attended Colégio Salesiano - Oficinas de S. José for their secondary school education. In 2019, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from BSI.
