Valeriya Davidova

Valeriya Davidova has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Valeriya started their career as an HR Manager at Leovit Nutrio LLC in 2007 and worked there until 2011. Valeriya then joined Intercomp Global Services as an HR Administrator for various clients. In 2012, Valeriya joined Levi Strauss & Co. as an HR Generalist, where they managed recruitment, onboarding, assessment centers, compensation and benefits, policies and procedures, and HR projects. In 2016, they moved to Nike as an HR Manager for Russia, where they led the HR function, managed organizational changes, talent management, and implemented HR projects. Currently, Valeriya works at TLScontact as the Head of Talent Development and HR Head for Russia & CIS, where they are responsible for shaping and delivering people strategy, managing HR workflow, leading HR projects, and promoting company culture and values.

Valeriya Davidova attended the Academy of Management from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a degree in Management.
