James Rich

Director, Client Management at TMG eMedia

James Rich has over 30 years of work experience. In 1989, they began their career in the US Navy as a LTjg, where they were the Communications Officer in charge of the Communications Division, Cryptographic Materials Security Officer, and Damage Control Assistant. In 1992, they moved to Chase Manhattan Bank as an I.T. Support, where they were the primary technician assisting GPD staff and trainees with system usage and troubleshooting. In 1996, they began working at AAAA as an I.S. Manager, where they directed enterprise IT for over 100 users and workstations, 20+ servers across multiple locations and all facets of technical operations. James successfully managed annual budgets for new strategic projects and multiple recurring initiatives on-time and within budget. In 2018, they began working at tmg-emedia, inc. as the Director of Client Management and as a Senior Consultant. James also began working as a Senior Consultant for Self-employed in the same year.

James Rich attended the United States Naval Academy from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. James also holds certifications from Google, Novell, and Microsoft, including a Google Apps Certified Administrator (obtained in December 2014).
