Jeffrey Steed

Jeffrey Steed is the Chief Legal Officer at TMRK. Jeffrey has held this position since March 2019. Prior to their current role, they were an equity partner and shareholder at Kirton McConkie from November 2010 to March 2019. From May 2005 to November 2010, they worked as an associate attorney at Callister Nebeker & McCullough.

Jeffrey Steed has also been involved with Wealth Navigation Advisors as the compliance director from May 2005 to May 2007. Jeffrey has also held positions at NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration and Space Dynamics Laboratory as the Public Relations Director for Rocky Mountain Space Grant Consortium and a public relations specialist from September 2000 to June 2003.

Before their work in public relations, Jeffrey Steed was the marketing director for Cornerstone Nutritional Labs from June 1999 to May 2005.

Jeffrey Steed received their Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, their Master of Laws from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in the field of International Tax and Finance, and their Bachelor of Arts from Utah State University in the fields of Business Management and Economics and International Business and Korean. Jeffrey also completed undergraduate coursework in the Honors Pre-Law and Economics Program at the University of Utah.
