Marco Braibanti

Marco Braibanti is a highly experienced project manager and optical scientist with a strong background in high-tech industries, particularly in laser satellite communication, quantum sensing, and smart manufacturing. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at TNO since April 2023, Marco has previously managed projects at Nearfield Instruments B.V. and HE Space Operations. Key accomplishments include leading international teams for the European Space Agency in optical instrumentation development and scientific experiments aboard the International Space Station. With a PhD in Physics from Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg and extensive publication and conference experience, Marco has demonstrated expertise in optical techniques, metrology, and nanotechnology.
