Sarthak Bali

Sarthak Bali has a diverse work experience in various industries. Sarthak started their career as a Content Management Specialist Intern at FGF Brands, where they collaborated with different departments and utilized Excel pivot tables and VBA macros to enhance forecasting capabilities. Sarthak also managed and updated SharePoint 2013 site regularly.

Sarthak then joined Flipp as a Data Quality Analyst, where they significantly improved flyer quality by reducing data-related errors. Sarthak created an error tracker using Excel and identified themes to achieve a 72% error reduction.

Sarthak later worked at Scotiabank as a Business Analyst in the Global Banking and Markets division, and at Suncor as a Retail Sales Analyst. Sarthak also gained experience in retail sales at Stars Men's Shops and worked as a Residence Life Don at the University of Waterloo.

In 2019, Sarthak joined Suncor as a Wholesale Business Operations Analyst and later transitioned to the role of an Operational Reporting Analyst in the Finance and Planning department. Sarthak then moved to Properly, where they served as a Pricing Analyst, Pricing Manager, and Sales Operations Manager.

Currently, they are working at LA Fitness as a Group Fitness Instructor and will be joining Together Software as a Sales Development Representative in 2023. - From 2014 to 2019, Sarthak attended the University of Waterloo, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Honours Environment and Business. Sarthak pursued a co-op program and also completed a double minor in Entrepreneurship and Economics.

- During the same period, Sarthak also earned a Diploma in Environmental Assessment from the University of Waterloo.

- Prior to attending university, Sarthak completed their high school education at Iroquois Ridge High School from 2011 to 2014. Sarthak received an Ontario Secondary School Diploma and also obtained a Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM) Certificate in Business.

Additionally, Sarthak has obtained certifications in SQL programming. In October 2020, they completed the "Learning SQL Programming" course at LinkedIn. Sarthak also acquired the "SQL: Data Reporting and Analysis" certification from LinkedIn in the same month and year.
