Apriadhie Purnama Ramadhan has a range of work experience in the field of ITSM and project management. Their most recent position was as an ITSM Consultant at Toku, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, from September 2019 to April 2023, they worked as an ITSM Consultant at Inok Systems Pte Ltd. Before that, they were a Project Manager at InMotion Inovasi Teknologi from August 2018 to September 2019, and at Cinovasi Rekaprima, PT from April 2017 to August 2018. Their earlier experience includes working as a Technical Consultant at Mitra Integrasi Informatika, PT from July 2013 to March 2017.

Apriadhie Purnama Ramadhan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Institut Teknologi Telkom, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they have acquired multiple certifications in various fields. These include certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service Management, Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management, Certified Implementation Specialist - Field Service Management, and Certified System Administrator - ServiceNow, all obtained from ServiceNow in 2021. APRIADHIE PURNAMA also holds certifications from BMC Software, including BMC Certified Associate: Helix CMDB, BMC Certified Professional: Helix ITSM, and BMC Certified Associate: Helix ITSM, obtained in 2020. Furthermore, they attained the BMC Accredited Administering certification from BMC Software in 2014 and obtained the ITIL Foundation certification from EXIN in 2013.
