Carlos Fonseca

Carlos Fonseca has over two decades of work experience, starting with their role as a Senior Research Scientist at Tokyo Electron US from 2007 to 2009. Carlos then progressed to become a Principal Research Scientist from 2009 to 2015. After that, they served as a Member of Technical Staff from 2015 to 2017 and later as a Manager and Member Technical Staff from 2017 to 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they held the position of Director, Development Engineering, where they provided strategic direction for new business creation and extended Tokyo Electron US' product lines. Currently, Fonseca holds the title of Senior Director, Technology at Tokyo Electron US since February 2022.

Before joining Tokyo Electron US, Fonseca worked at IBM as an Advisory Engineer from 1999 to 2006.

Carlos Fonseca attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 1994 to 1999, majoring in Microelectronics Engineering.
