Charles-Henry Fabritius

Charles-Henry Fabritius is Head Chemistry at TOLREMO therapeutics AG. He is an innovative drug discovery leader with 15 years of experience in pharma and biotech companies covering a broad range of target classes (enzymes, PPIs, GPCRs). He has significant experience at all stages of the drug development process, spanning from small molecule library generation, lead identification and optimization, through to development candidate nomination and IND filing. Before joining Tolremo, he was Discovery Chemistry Director at Ryvu Therapeutics, a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company, where he guided multiple small molecule discovery projects in the field of Oncology and CNS. He holds a PhD in chemistry from the University of Geneva.
