Antonio Baetoniu

Antonio Baetoniu has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Antonio started their career as a Legal Administrative Assistant at a private legal practice from February 2011 to January 2013. In 2015, they joined Smithfield Foods as an HR Support Specialist, where they managed recruitment processes, conducted interviews, and utilized job boards and social media to attract candidates. In 2016, they transitioned to Toluna Corporate as a Senior Staffing Specialist, focusing on talent acquisition. Antonio later took on the role of HR Leader, where they developed and implemented HR strategies, systems, and procedures, as well as supervised and provided guidance to team members. Currently, Antonio holds the position of Director, Global Talent Acquisition & People Engagement at Toluna Corporate, where they lead global talent acquisition strategies, implements talent management strategies, and optimizes processes using talent analytics.

Antonio Baetoniu has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from the West University of Timisoara. Antonio also holds a Master's degree in Judicial and Legal Careers from the same institution. In addition to their formal education, Antonio has obtained various certifications, including Leadership Academy from Essential™ Training and Consulting in 2021, Team Work from Essential™ Training and Consulting in 2019, Microsoft Excel from IT School in 2019, Personal Effectiveness from Essential™ Training and Consulting in 2018, and Communication Strategies from Essential™ Training and Consulting in 2017.
