Stefanie Madison

Stefanie Madison has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Stefanie started their career in 2006 as a Leasing Agent at Milestone Management, where they worked until 2010. In 2010, they joined Toluna Corporate as a Project Manager and later progressed to the role of Senior Project Manager. From 2015 to 2017, Stefanie served as a Team Leader in Client Services. Stefanie then became the Associate Director of Client Services until 2019 when they were promoted to the position of Director of Client Services. In addition to managing client service teams, they also took on the role of Client Services Trainer, responsible for training new hires in North America.

Stefanie Madison completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations at Texas Tech University from 2000 to 2005. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained various certifications from LinkedIn on topics such as Statistics Foundations, Hybrid Working, Marketing Analytics, Strategic Pricing, Mentorship, Data Analytics, Market Research, and Consumer Behavior. These certifications were completed in 2022 and 2023. Stefanie also completed the WIRe Accelerate Professional Development Program offered by Women In Research in 2021. Additionally, Stefanie completed several project management and management skills courses from the American Management Association in the years 2016, 2017, and 2018.
