Hobin Yoon

Hobin Yoon has extensive experience in the technology industry. Hobin is currently working as a Storage Lead Software Engineer at Tome since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Google from January 2020 to March 2023, where they served as a Software Engineer. Their work focused on improving the reliability of control plane jobs and securing extra storage space. Hobin was recognized by a VP for their contributions. Before joining Google, they were a Software Engineer at Uber from February 2019 to October 2019, where they developed a multi-data center HDFS health monitoring and failover system. Hobin also built a secure HDFS client in Go. In 2012, they worked as a Research Intern at Microsoft.
