James Piercy

James Piercy has worked in a variety of roles in the recruiting and training industries since 2009. James began their career as a Corporate Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness in 2009 and then moved on to become a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems in 2011. In 2013, they joined Google as a Technical Recruiter and then moved to Facebook as a Senior Recruiting Manager in 2014. In 2021, they were appointed Head of Product Recruiting at Instacart, and in 2022, they took on the role of Head of Talent at Tome.

James Piercy obtained a BA in Psychology from California State University, Chico in 2009. In May of 2009, they also obtained a Certified Personal Trainer certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
