Michaela M.

Michaela M. has extensive work experience in the restaurant industry, specifically with Tomtreyco, Inc. dBA McDonald's. Michaela started as a Crew Member in June 2014 and moved up to become a Department Manager in June 2016. From October 2018 to October 2020, they served as the Recruitment and Retention Manager. Following this role, they became the People Experience Lead from October 2020 to January 2022. During this time, they implemented additional HR functions and promoted a safe and respectful workplace culture. From January 2022 to October 2022, they were the Training Coordinator, responsible for planning and executing training programs across 9 restaurants. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources, ensuring compliance with employment law, facilitating internal investigations, and administering employee benefits across 56 restaurants. Additionally, Michaela has also worked as an AmeriCorps HPAC Specialist at Northeast Ohio Medical University from August 2017 to July 2018.
