Fernando Cordero Peregrina

Fernando Cordero Peregrina has extensive work experience in the legal field. Fernando started their career as an Associate at Mijares, Angoitia, Cortes y Fuentes, S.C., where they handled M&A transactions, due diligence reviews, and corporate and regulatory obligations. Fernando then joined Grupo Televisa as Deputy Director, providing legal advice in various areas including telecommunications and entertainment law. Fernando also led negotiations with major content creators and distributors for broadcasting and publishing rights. Afterward, they joined Uber as Head of Legal | Regulatory and Corporate for Latin America and played a crucial role in the expansion of the company in the region. Fernando later joined CloudKitchens as the Legal Director for Latin America, responsible for overseeing all legal, compliance, and government affairs issues in the region, including setting up the company's business in Spain and assessing its setup in Portugal. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Legal LatAm at Tools for Humanity.

Fernando Cordero Peregrina completed their undergraduate education at Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, where they obtained a degree in Law in 2009. In 2017 to 2018, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Law at Universidad Panamericana. In 2019, they attended the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where they completed a Fintech Programme.
