Erica Nilsen

Erica Nilsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management within the publishing industry. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Top Hat since May 2021, Erica focuses on the successful implementation of the platform in educational settings, fostering strong relationships with enterprise accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. Prior to this role, Erica was a Senior Project Manager where management of high-revenue accounts, production processes, and collaboration with various stakeholders were key responsibilities. Experience also includes positions as Project Manager and Production Assistant at bluedoor publishing, where Erica managed the production of scientific publications and supported authors through the production process. Beginning a career as a Graphic Design Intern and later a Freelance Graphic Designer, Erica holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Graphic Design from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
