Lois Moget's work experience begins in 2013 when they worked as an external analyst and advisor for a project at The Hague University of Applied Sciences. In 2014, they had a customer care manager internship at Kitesurfles.nl. In 2016, they worked as an advisor at Luzac, where they wrote a strategic advisory report for the company. Lois then worked as a management assistant at A+O fonds Gemeenten from April 2017 to October 2018. From October 2018 to February 2020, they worked as a junior organizational developer at Bewegin. Currently, they are working as a customer success manager at TOPdesk, where they help existing customers improve their service management and increase the maturity of their department(s).

Lois Moget completed their HAVO education with a focus on Management en Economie at Dalton Den Haag from 2006 to 2011. Afterward, they pursued a degree in Bedrijfskunde MER, specializing in Bedrijfskunde, from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences between 2011 and 2016.
