Job description

TouchBistro is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to help enable an extraordinary group of marketers and help ensure our marketing processes are efficient and effective. We are looking for someone who loves the technical parts of marketing and has the ability to fully utilize & optimize our marketing technology stack to improve operational effectiveness.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Build and deliver end-to-end campaigns, from initial set up to reporting in the automation tool.
  • Working with key stakeholders on the marketing team, help build and manage campaigns, Salesforce integrations, campaign processes, data management/hygiene processes, email and nurture journeys, etc.
  • Assist in the set-up and management of marketing technology platforms, including marketing automation tools, CRM systems, analytics tools and other technology in our marketing stack.
  • Develop, Create and Manage reports (dashboards, reports) of marketing KPIs and campaign performance (by target, geography, offer, etc.)
  • Refine and Implement data hygiene best practices, improve data intake workflows and build on processes for data management
  • Collaborate across internal teams to ensure execution of various marketing initiatives.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation for marketing processes, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Aid in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns. 

All About You

  • You have a minimum of 6 months experience in email marketing(building emails and nurture journeys/workflows)
  • You have a minimum of 6 months work experience using automation tools( Salesforce or other CRM).
  • You have excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability and initiative to investigate and solve issues
  • You have knowledge of marketing processes, campaign execution, lead management, lead scoring and marketing attribution models.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate, understand and interpret the underlying needs of teammates.    

Nice to have    

  • Certification or experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus!
