Graham Andres

Graham Andres, P.E., P.Eng. graduated Summa Cum Laude from North Carolina State University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering – Concentration in Structures. He started working at TEP in August of 2000 as an intern in the Civil and Structural Departments and came on full-time after graduation.

A strong math background and construction experience on several tall high-rise structures fostered an interest in engineering and how math could be used to impact their everyday lives. After graduating, Graham took on the role of managing clients and eventually took over the Civil Engineering Department. As TEP continued to grow, he played a role in helping develop the client base that would eventually support new branch offices in Denver and Phoenix and his responsibilities grew to include managing the Surveying Division and the Denver branch office, which has grown to approximately 30 employees.

As a Vice-President Graham is still involved with day-to-day production but is also active with the Senior Management Team in corporate decision-making and guiding the overall company direction and vision.
