Desha Dickson

Desha Dickson has a strong background in community wellness and impact. Desha currently serves as the VP of DEI and Community Wellness at Tower Health, where they lead the development and implementation of initiatives to increase cultural proficiency and improve community health. Prior to their role at Tower Health, Desha worked as the Associate VP of Community Wellness at Reading Hospital/Tower Health and as the VP of Community Impact at United Way of Greater High Point.

Desha Dickson holds a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Eastern University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
