Erin Porter

Erin Porter has extensive experience in utility billing and human resources, currently serving as a Utility Billing Technician for the Town of Windsor, Colorado, since March 2014. Responsibilities include generating billing statements, managing shut-off processes, coordinating tenant moves, and providing customer support for water utility accounts. Erin also has experience as an HR Clerk, managing employee files and aiding in software transitions, as well as serving as an HR Recruiting Assistant at Center Partners, where efforts improved the onboarding process. Earlier roles include a Supervisor at StarTek, overseeing a team of Customer Support Agents. Erin holds a BA in Political Science and German from the University of Northern Colorado.
